First time cystoscopy & that too during this pandemic. I was quite anxious. Dr. Steinberg and his nurse were excellent. I barely felt the scope and the procedure was painless. The fact that I didn't get a UTI post procedure i(which is known to happen) also shows that they run a tight ship and everything is sterile and shiny. Expensive: yes. Value for money: exceeded my expectations. I can honestly say that I have faith in Dr. Steinberg & team and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Very quick and he makes sure you don't notice him doing the procedure and then says, it's done. To be honest Even numb I felt thr first needle but thr to others not soo much. Went well, I feel a pinch but that's normal. No stitches needed

Dr. Steinberg staff is polite, kind & efficient. His office is clean & runs smoothly. Dr. Steinberg is one of the best doctors I have ever seen! He doesn't make you wait. He is professional, patient, kind & compassionate. He explains everything in ways you can understand & takes the time to listen to you & answer your questions. If you have a procedure or test ordered by him his nurse calls you as soon as they have the results. He also, collaborates with other doctors to ensure continuity of care. Bottom line: if you need a urologist go see Dr. Steinberg !

Experienced urologist and a VERY good listener (This is a rare quality that majority of today's medical professionals lack). Honest, professional and would gives you the best advice based on his years of experience and subject matter expertise. Appreciated the fact that he spent almost half an hour with me whereas even family doctors rush through patient in 10-15 minutes. Nurse and front desk lady both were very professional as well, worth the extra expenses for private medical care!
